​2013

  • Premiere of Kurakuraw-The Dance Glass Bead
  • Premiere of  "The Gaze of Kavaluan"
  • Premiere of  "Umaq-The Slate House"
  • Collaboration with Chu Chuan-li, Taiwan’s top 3D film director and winner of the 48th Golden Bell Awards’ Innovative Technology Award, in the first 3D film of indigenous dances.
  • Invited to perform Gaze of the Kavaluan at the Council of Indigenous Peoples Culture Park.
  • Invited to participate in the 2013 International Children's Folklore & Folk game Festival hosted by the Yilan County Government.
  • Invited by the Ministry of Culture to participate in the 2013 Huashan Living Art Festival, presented selected parts of Kurakuraw – Dance Glass Bead. 



​2012
  • Selected in “Performing Art Groups Fostering Grant” by The Minstry of Culture of Taiwan
  • Invited to the Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, Canada to participate in Planet IndigenUS, the world's largest triennial international indigenous arts festival. Tjmur also participated in Toronto’s Taiwan Cultural Festival, presenting Dance of Life Glass Bead Series, Part 1: Kurakuraw – Yearning for the Feather.
  • Invited to the 2012 World Dance Forum and International Dance Festival organized by the World Dance Alliance Taiwan Chapter, presented Kavaluan – Longing for the Lily.
  • Performed in The Avant/Garde Diaries – Taipei A Voice, curated by the famed aboriginal singer A-Mit (A-Mei, or Chang Hui-mei).
  • ​Kavuluan –The Living Forest was nominated for the 11th Taishin Performing Arts Award. 


​2011
  • Selected in “Performing Art Groups Fostering Grant” by The Minstry of Culture of Taiwan
  • Premiere of "Kavaluan – Longing for the Lily"
  • Kavaluan – Longing for the Lily, was nominated for the 10th Taishin Performing Arts Award. ​



​2010
  • Selected in “Performing Art Groups Fostering Grant” by The Minstry of Culture of Taiwan
  • Premiere of  "Mananigai - The Warriors"
  • Mananigai – Warrior ,was nominated for the 9th Taishin Performing Arts Award.
  • Invited to perform Mountain Songs, Sea Dances, a production about the dialogues between indigenous people and nature, with the Taipei Philharmonic Choir at the National Concert Hall, in which Tjimur performed selected parts of Kurakuraw – Yearning for the Feather. 


​2009
  • Premiere of  "Kurakuraw – Yearning for the Feather"
  • Receiving the title of “2009 Pingtung County Outstanding Performing Arts Troupe”
  • Honored with support from the “Council of Indigenous Peoples Performing Arts Troupe Cultivation Plan”

2006
  • Ms. Liao Yi-hsin (Ljuzem Madiljin), a graduate of the Tainan University of Technology Department of Dance, founded Tjimur Dance Theatre and became the Head Director and Artistic Director.
  • Mr. Baru Madiljin, brother of Ljuzem and a graduate of the School of Dance at National Taipei University, became the Choreographer and Dance Director of Tjimur Dance Theatre.
