My passion for dance reaches from within my own dance practice into my choreographic expression and out into my community where I enjoy being involved in teaching and facilitating dance as an element of health and wellbeing personally and within a community context. My journey through dance has shown me the gifts and potential of dance to weave within and around all elements of life bringing empowered presence to self, sculpting the dynamics of our relationships to all things while simultaneously giving breath to the joyful freedom of dreaming creative possibility.
